We want to ensure you have the best experience possible based on your comfort and preferences.

What should I wear to classes?

For your trial period, please wear comfortable clothing that allows for easy movement. Shoes and socks are typically not worn during training. Once you enroll, you will be provided with a uniform to wear for classes unless otherwise specified.

How often should I attend classes to

progress?

We recommend attending classes 2 to 3 times per week for optimal progress. However, the ideal frequency can vary depending on the student. We aim to strike a balance that encourages steady improvement without causing burnout.

Is Taekwondo and Jiu-Jitsu suitable for all ages?

Yes, Jiu-Jitsu is suitable for all ages. Our classes are tailored to accommodate different age groups and skill levels, ensuring a safe and enjoyable learning environment for everyone from young children to adults. Our experienced instructors will guide you through the techniques and ensure you progress at a comfortable pace.

Yes, we do offer belt promotions. Our promotion cycles occur approximately every 6 to 8 weeks. To be eligible, students must earn six tapes, each representing mastery of different components of our curriculum. This ensures that all students are well-prepared and have demonstrated their skills before advancing to the next belt level.

Yes, Taekwondo is a sport, and we offer classes specifically for Sport Taekwondo. We follow the World Taekwondo Federation guidelines and have dedicated classes for Sparring and Poomsae.
