Master Geoffrey Rackebrandt


With 37 years of martial arts experience and 8 years dedicated to jiu-jitsu, I am passionate about teaching and training in this discipline. I am currently a purple belt at New World Defense and Fitness, training under Professor Fábio Franco Da Silva. My deep background in martial arts and my commitment to continuous learning enable me to guide students effectively on their jiu-jitsu journey.

Master Jorge Patt


Master Jorge Patt has been training in Taekwondo since the age of 7 and has over 20 years of experience. He earned his black belt at 11 and began assisting in classes as a junior instructor, starting to teach at 13. Master Jorge has competed in Sport-Taekwondo since he was 8, participating in tournaments up to the Junior Olympics and National Championships. In addition to teaching classes, he coaches the APEX competition team alongside Master Geoff, helping athletes improve their skills and develop into high-level Sport-Taekwondo competitors. He believes that students of all ages can improve every day and achieve their black belts through knowledge, skills, and effective performance of this martial art. "Success starts with believing in yourself."

Master Harold Salazar


Master Harold Salazar has over 20 years of experience in teaching, training, and competing in Taekwondo. He holds a 4th Dan black belt from Kukkiwon and a Bachelor's degree in Physical Education. As the founder and director of the ELIOM Taekwondo Academy, established in San José, Costa Rica, on August 15, 2009, Master Salazar has made significant contributions to the Taekwondo community. He has also served as the coach for the national pre-selection of Poomsae in Nicaragua from January 2019 to October 2022. Master Salazar specializes in sparring and poomsae, and his extensive expertise and dedication to Taekwondo inspire and motivate his students at Taekwondo United.

Master Jerry Mansell


Master Mansell is our new Taekwondo instructor, bringing a wealth of experience and enthusiasm to our dojang. With 14 years of dedication to Taekwondo and a decade of teaching experience, he is well-versed in guiding students of all ages. He specializes in Olympic-style sparring, poomsae, and freestyle poomsae, ensuring a comprehensive and dynamic learning experience for everyone. Born in Nicaragua, Master Mansell enjoys playing soccer, exercising, and watching sports in his free time. His passion for both teaching and Taekwondo will surely inspire and motivate our students. Please join us in welcoming him to our Taekwondo family!

Master Ashley Martin


Master Ashley Martin has been a dedicated Taekwondo practitioner for over 20 years and has been sharing her passion and expertise as an instructor for the past 12 years. She currently heads the Taekwondo program at Oak Creek Charter School, where she inspires and trains students of all ages. Born and raised in Florida, Master Martin has a deep appreciation for the natural beauty of her home state. When she's not in the dojang, she enjoys spending time outdoors, exploring nature, and cherishing moments with family and friends. Her commitment to Taekwondo and her community makes her a beloved and respected figure both in and out of the classroom.
